Hotel Policies
What time is check-in at the hotel? Is early check-in possible?
Check-in at the hotel is at 3:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible and based on availability.
What time is checkout at the hotel? Is late checkout possible?
Checkout at the hotel is at 12:00 p.m. Late checkout is possible until 4:00 PM for a fee of $50. If a guest is still in the room after 4:00 PM, a charge for an additional room night will apply.
Is there an age minimum for check-in?
The minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 21.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. A fee of a one-night stay plus tax will be applied for cancelations less than 24 hours of arrival date.
Are pets welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate all pets under 50 pounds. Pets are greeted with their very own welcome gift, including locally sourced gourmet dog treats from around the Pike & Rose neighborhood. We also offer the use of leashes, bowls, and orthopedic dog beds while you and your furry friend are our guests.
An additional one-time fee applies:
1-4 nights: $75 per stay
5+ nights: $125 per stay
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in the building, but there are designated smoking areas outside.

Does the hotel offer parking?
We offer Valet Parking for $45.00/night! Self-Parking options are close by.
Is public transportation accessible from the hotel?
We are located just two blocks from the White Flint metro stop on the Red line.

Are children welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for children?
Children are always welcome at the hotel. We offer an expansive food & beverage menu for children to enjoy as well as several kid-friendly activities throughout the PIke & Rose neighborhood including bowling, a movie theatre and more!
Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel?
We gladly accept mail and packages on your behalf. Please speak to the concierge for more information.
